What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Collaborate with the Workday Operations team to enhance HR systems infrastructure - Identify trends through data analysis and propose systematic operations solutions - Design and maintain custom dashboards to support global People team initiatives - Manage complex data operations including EIBs, mass uploads, and cross-system integrations - Partner with teams across APAC, EMEA, and Americas to deliver cohesive solutions
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum 3 years of HR operations experience with emphasis on systems, mass transactional operations, and project management - Proven expertise in Workday, including custom report development and analytics, EIB creation, and security group administration - Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent initiatives - Deep understanding of HRIS systems, particularly Workday - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in implementing scalable, compliant processes in global organizations - Expert troubleshooting abilities with a focus on root cause analysis - Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in fast-paced environments - Experience working across time zones and cultural contexts
