We are seeking a technically skilled and service-oriented
CAD & Engineering Systems Administrator
to support and maintain our AutoCAD, Autodesk Vault, and related engineering applications. This role is critical to ensuring our design and project teams have reliable, secure, and high-performing systems to support daily operations and long-term initiatives. Key Responsibilities
· Administer and support
Autodesk Vault ,
AutoCAD , and other engineering software platforms. · Manage user access, permissions, and licensing for CAD and Vault environments. · Troubleshoot issues related to file synchronization, versioning, and Vault workflows. · Collaborate with engineering and project teams to optimize system performance and usability. · Coordinate software updates, patches, and configuration changes. · Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and user guides. · Work with vendors and Autodesk support to resolve escalated issues. · Support integrations between Vault and other systems (e.g., ERP, document management). · Assist with backup and recovery strategies for engineering data. Requirements · 3+ years of experience administering AutoCAD, Autodesk Vault, or similar CAD systems. · Strong understanding of CAD workflows, file management, and version control. · Familiarity with Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and group policies. · Experience with scripting or automation (PowerShell, Batch) is a plus. · Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. · Autodesk certifications or training in Vault/AutoCAD administration preferred.
