Role Description This is an on-site full-time role for a Billing Coordinator located in Waukegan, IL. The Billing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the billing process, preparing and sending invoices, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of billing systems. Daily tasks include handling billing inquiries, reviewing billing reports, and coordinating with other departments to resolve billing issues. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills to effectively manage billing operations. Qualifications Experience with Billing Process and Billing Systems Proven skills in Invoicing Strong Analytical Skills Effective Communication abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in relevant billing software and tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Seniority level
