TalentoHC is actively partnered with an enterprise level organization actively seeking a Senior Recruiter on a 6+month contract to support all IT hiring initiatives. We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to help build high-performing technology teams. This role requires a proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at finding and engaging top technical talent. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand technology staffing needs and deliver qualified candidates quickly. Source and attract IT professionals across areas such as software engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, DevOps, and data. Use creative sourcing methods including LinkedIn, GitHub, technical forums, and advanced Boolean search. Provide market insights on talent availability, competitor activity, and hiring trends. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance. Qualifications 5+ years of experience recruiting IT professionals. Strong background in full lifecycle technical recruiting within mid to large organizations. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS). Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field. Demonstrated ability to build strong pipelines for hard-to-fill technology roles. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities. Preferred Skills Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-Ray, GitHub, Stack Overflow). Knowledge of technology job markets and industry trends. Comfortable working in high-demand, fast-paced environments. Passion for building innovative talent acquisition strategies.
