Under the supervision of the Office Administrator (SSM II), the Staff Services Analyst (SSA) is responsible for assisting in office operations including but not limited to invoice processing and contract management. This position will also provide administrative support such as purchasing, equipment, office supply inventories, and front desk coverage as needed. INVOICE PROCESSING: Analyze invoices for accuracy to ensure proper charging based on executed contracts. Assist in processing contract and non-contract invoices, including vendor billing, contract billing, and service needs and ensure prompt payment. SERVICE CONTRACTS: Assist in developing expert witness contracts for the San Diego Legal Office. Responsible for working with HQ Legal Contract, Accounting, Division of Procurement and Contracts (DPAC), and Department of General Services (DGS) staff in executing new, extensions, and amendments of contracts. Utilize the Division's database such as AMS Advantage, DataLink, LCM and other accounting databases to process and monitor contracts.
