They are seeking an IT Operations Support Engineer to manage hardware and software, collaborate with the global IT team, and enhance the technological capabilities of their NYC office. Responsibilities: • Comprehensive hardware and software management, from procurement to support • Collaborate extensively with our global IT team • Elevate our NYC office's technological capabilities Qualifications: Required: • Suitable qualifications or certifications such as A+, Network+, ITIL etc required • Experience with cybersecurity tools and best practices, including next-generation antivirus, endpoint protection, DLP solutions, and disk encryption, SSO and MFA • Familiarity with supporting multiple OS versions, including MacOS, iOS, Windows, Android etc • Experience with configuring and supporting Identity Management Platforms such as Okta, OneLogin, Jumpcloud etc • Experience with Endpoint Management platforms like Jamf, Kandji • A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to team culture and shared goals • Proactive working style - able to understand business technology requirements and to preemptively work to support those needs • Strong Troubleshooting skills - Ability to adapt to minor and major issues across multiple platforms and devices Company: GWI is a global consumer research platform.
