What You'll Drive: IT strategy, enterprise systems, AI adoption, data governance, digital infrastructure, operational scalability What You'll Do: Lead the strategic direction, development, and optimization of enterprise-wide IT systems and infrastructure Champion the integration of AI and data-driven technologies to improve business processes and decision-making Oversee information security, compliance, and system reliability across cloud-based platforms Drive modernization initiatives to streamline operations and enable digital-first workflows Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Executive teams to align technology investments with business goals Evaluate emerging technologies and vendor solutions to support scalability and innovation Lead teams responsible for IT operations, enterprise architecture, and business applications What We're Looking For: 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles within software or tech-driven environments Proven success leading digital transformation initiatives in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software setting Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, enterprise systems, and AI/ML tools Strong background in data governance, information security, and system architecture Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration Bonus: Experience with ERP/CRM systems, enterprise integrations, or ITIL frameworks Seniority level
