Store Manager
to lead their team and deliver an outstanding retail experience. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a passion for customer service, team development, and operational excellence. In this role, you’ll oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure a positive and productive environment for both customers and staff. Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to) : Overseeing Daily Operations : ● Managing the day-to-day activities of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Staff Management : ● Hiring, training, and supervising store staff, including scheduling and performance management. Customer Satisfaction : ● Ensuring a positive customer experience through excellent service and addressing customer inquiries and complaints. Sales and Profitability : ● Setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to drive sales and profitability. Inventory Management : ● Maintaining optimal stock levels, managing inventory control, and coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment. Store Presentation : ● Ensuring a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. ● Preparing and managing store budgets, analyzing financial reports, and monitoring expenses. Marketing and Promotions : ● Implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities to drive store traffic and sales. Policy and Compliance : ● Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations. Data Analysis : ● Monitoring and analyzing store performance metrics, such as sales data and customer behavior, to identify trends and areas for improvement. Ideal Candidate Profile : ● Ability to work weekends and holidays ● Proven experience in a similar leadership role in luxury retail. ● Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide the store team. ● Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive customer experience. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders. ● Understanding of sales principles, marketing strategies, and promotional activities. ● Proficiency in inventory management techniques and stock control. ● Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and make informed decisions. ● Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively. ● Ability to adapt to changing situations and manage multiple tasks effectively.
