* Number of Physicians: 1 * Number of Advanced Practice Providers: 1 * Supervision of APP(s) expected: No * Nursing Support: 2:1 * Services offered in the practice: All general dermatology services including biopsies, skin checks, all dermatologic conditions excluding Mohs * Exam Rooms per provider: 2 * Lab & Pharmacy: No * Clinical Provider Daily Volume: 30 * Appointment Length: 15 minutes * EMR: Cerner * Teaching opportunity: If desired, do have FP residency program
Job Responsibilities:
* General Dermatology care in a clinic setting. Medical staff at hospital is required in case infusions are ordered at the infusion center
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :
* Board Certified - REQUIRED * Active IA License or Active IMLC LOQ (must upload a copy of LOQ at time of name clear - REQUIRED * Fellowship trained in Dermatology - REQUIRED
