The role of the Sr. Performance Assurance Consultant is to ensure a positive client experience by developing and managing deliverables. Responsibilities include managing project plans, troubleshooting HVAC controls issues, and being the primary client contact. Character Requirements: Integrity, Decisiveness, Initiative, Diligence, Thoroughness, Responsibility Position Responsibilities: Diagnose complex system problems for clients Lead, manage, complete, and delegate client-specific tasks ensuring excellence and value Manage information flow between client and Energy Bureau, ensuring effective communication Ensure timely and accurate savings reporting Verify performance and operation of Energy Conservation Measures Collaborate with engineers, designers, and technicians to develop recommendations Perform site services as needed Design remote monitoring plans for BAS systems Assist clients with BAS operations, software, and networking issues Provide energy management guidance Specify and estimate hardware/software additions, change orders, and solutions Provide ongoing client training Essential Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering preferred, with 5+ years' experience in service industry or equivalent Building Automation System experience, including troubleshooting and operational understanding Proficient in project management, Microsoft Office, and task management tools Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Proven customer service track record Physical Demands: Moving over rough surfaces, bending, lifting, transporting equipment, driving.
