If interested, please email Wendy Kolkmeyer at wkolkmeyer@vernovis.com What You'll Do: Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, audit, compliance, and treasury Lead the implementation and ongoing improvement of SAP ERP systems and IT infrastructure Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and close processes Maintain and develop financial controls and procedures to ensure fiscal responsibility and stewardship Manage cash flow planning, capital expenditures, and investment strategy Provide leadership to the finance, IT, and supply chain teams to support ministry-wide goals Serve as signatory authority and legal representative for financial documents and contracts Support board reporting, external audit processes, and IRS Form 990 preparation Actively promote and uphold AiG’s mission, vision, and Statement of Faith Identify opportunities to create efficiencies and automate processes What Experience You'll Have: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA, MBA, or MS preferred) 10–15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably within nonprofit, hospitality, entertainment, or complex organizational settings Demonstrated success managing IT teams and ERP implementations (SAP strongly preferred) Hands-on experience in budgeting, reporting, audit, compliance, and capital management Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills Proficient in financial systems and advanced Microsoft Excel Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams with clarity and compassion What Experience is Nice to Have: CPA or MBA is a plus Vernovis does not accept inquiries from Corp to Corp recruiting companies.
