Reporting to the Americas CIO, this role is crucial in shaping the digital future of our banking services while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation and collaborates closely with the US CIO and CTO to drive technological innovation and operational excellence. The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location. Variable pay generally takes the form of discretionary, annual awards (sometimes referred to as a “bonus”). Qualifications You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role: 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience in financial services Proven track record managing complex banking applications in retail, wealth, or private banking Strong understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory compliance Experience managing large, distributed teams across multiple countries Track record of successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication Technical excellence in modern architecture patterns and cloud-native technologies Ability to build and maintain high-trust relationships, Agile and DevSecOps methodologies, core banking systems and integration patterns, and AI/ML implementation in banking Strong knowledge of payment systems and banking protocols Results-oriented mindset with full accountability Experience with wealth management platforms and private banking technology is preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred), engineering formation is preferred.
