TerraBella Senior Living operates over 30 communities across the Carolinas, Virginia, Kentucky, Georgia, and Tennessee, offering a range of senior living options including Active Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and short-term Respite Care.
We are seeking an
Executive Director
for our Windsor Lake community. TerraBella Senior Living provides opportunities for growth and career advancement, encouraging employees to take responsibility for their careers and work with creative, dedicated individuals. Responsibilities: Manage the community in line with standards set by the Owners/Board of Directors, Discovery Management Group, and applicable laws and regulations. Communicate a clear, resident-centered vision focused on quality care. Build relationships within the local area to drive business, optimize pricing, and maximize revenue and market position. Develop and implement external business development strategies with clear accountability. Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and procedures related to residents. Maintain accurate and compliant resident administrative files. Achieve financial targets to maximize capital return. Have operational knowledge of memory care, clinical, dining, and social programs. Prepare and adhere to the community budget, maximizing occupancy and room rates to meet or exceed revenue goals. Review financial statements and implement corrective actions as needed. Manage operational costs within budget and process expenses timely. Meet NOI and occupancy goals. Oversee all departments to ensure efficient operations and financial compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Healthcare, or related field. At least three years of managerial experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality. Experience in hiring, coaching, performance management, and daily operations supervision. Sales experience preferred. Proven success in managing operating expenses. Administrator license or certification. Demonstrated leadership, confidence, and motivational skills.
