Language Requirements: Fluent in English and Spanish Compensation: Competitive salary + performance bonuses + equity opportunity Location: Miami, FL Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations across our eight laundromat locations (and growing) in Miami, FL. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing staff, maintaining facility excellence, improving service operations, and driving business growth—including developing new commercial accounts. This is a dynamic, field-based role that requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Key Responsibilities Daily Visit all stores a few times a week to identify and resolve operational issues, as well as receive customer feedback to improve experience Check in with employees and maintenance technicians to ensure smooth workflows Collect cash from card systems and deposit funds at the bank Record financials in Excel or internal tracking tools Order and replenish supplies (bathroom, vending machines, wash & fold materials) Manage and maintain relationships with commercial laundry clients Prospect and secure new commercial laundry partnerships Host a weekly Zoom meeting with assistant managers to review operations, assign tasks and respond to customer feedback As Needed Inspect and restock vending machines Evaluate employee performance and adjust headcount to account for laundry performance Coordinate and schedule any necessary machine or facility maintenance Qualifications 2+ years in a management, operations, or logistics role (laundry or hospitality a plus) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate issues before they arise Quick thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using Excel, email, and operational software Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between locations Preferred Traits Hands-on leadership style—willing to roll up sleeves and solve problems in-store Strong people skills—able to motivate staff and communicate clearly Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for long-term growth and equity participation Familiarity with commercial laundry workflows, card-operated machines, and utility tracking Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $65,000.00 per year Seniority level
