to provide Integrated Logistics Overhaul (ILO) support for Explosive Ordnance Disposal Expeditionary Support Unit (EODESU) One in San Diego, CA.

Role overview:

As the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee daily operations of EODESU ONE’s physical ILO warehouse in support of Navy EOD-specific Table of Allowance (TOA) logistics. Your responsibilities include directing, developing, and executing logistics management functions to support the command’s mission and growth, addressing short-fused requirements, and maintaining operational continuity.

Typical daily responsibilities:

Manage all warehouse functions including issuing, receiving, storing, shipping, and maintaining TOA equipment and materials following Navy procedures and SOPs.

Lead inventory management, materiel readiness, and lifecycle sustainment for EODGRU ONE units.

Coordinate with Echelon IV–VI commands and ensure accurate data entry in DPAS and Navy logistics systems.

Conduct warehouse audits, inspections, and corrective actions related to property and transfers.

Provide expertise for Equipment Review Boards (ERBs) and recommend technical refreshes and replacements.

Track TOA items requiring Depot Level Repair (DLR) and maintain audit-ready records.

Qualifications:

You might be the leader we seek if you have:

At least five years of DoD logistics experience supporting Navy EOD operations in a warehouse setting.

Experience managing warehouse operations, inventory, and logistics systems such as DPAS.

Knowledge of Navy and DoD equipment handling, inspection, and maintenance procedures.

Proficiency with relevant documentation like DD1348-1A, DD1149, DD200, and MLSR.

Understanding of NAVSUP P-485, COMNECCPACINST 4423.2B, and NECC TOA guidance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Ability to obtain a Forklift Operator’s License.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience managing large inventories and working with Navy Echelon IV and V commands.
