As a Client Relationship Manager, you’ll play a critical role in this evolution—cultivating strategic partnerships, growing existing accounts, and ensuring our clients get maximum value from our next-generation solutions. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of North American clients, working closely with product, services, and leadership teams to deliver exceptional experiences and long-term success. What you’ll do: Build strong, lasting relationships with business owners, C-level executives, project sponsors, and stakeholders within assigned accounts. Proactively identify client needs and uncover new business opportunities using a consultative, value-based approach. Manage the full sales cycle within existing accounts: from opportunity identification to proposal, negotiation, and close. Act as the primary contact and escalation point for commercial, contractual, and service-related matters (excluding daily support). Develop and execute tactical and strategic account plans. Drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth through regular check-ins, executive engagement, and strategic planning. Provide feedback and insights to internal teams on client needs, competitive dynamics, and product innovation opportunities. What we are looking for: Bachelor's Degree (Finance, Technology, or related discipline) or equivalent professional experience 5+ years of experience in account management or a similar client-facing role within financial services or enterprise SaaS Experience managing a portfolio of key accounts with revenue responsibility and sales targets (this is a quota-carrying role) Strong understanding of investment management workflows and technologies (front, middle, and back office) Excellent relationship-building skills across multiple levels of client organizations Strong verbal, presentation, and business writing skills Proven ability to balance competing priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, client-first environment Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%) Why Join Linedata Work with smart, committed colleagues in an ego-free, international environment Help shape the future of financial technology with innovative products and services Join a company that values diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning Enjoy flexible work arrangements and a commitment to work-life balance Commitment to Diversity We recognize, celebrate, and seek to increase diversity across our organization.
