About the Role: Analyze and optimize existing core banking operations, focusing on Symitar functionalities. Gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear specifications. Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Symitar modules and processes as a subject matter expert. Support testing activities, including UAT, and ensure system quality. Create and maintain detailed documentation and training materials. Provide analytical support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure smooth operations. 5+ years of experience as an Analyst in financial services. 3+ years of hands-on Symitar experience. Proven experience with requirement gathering, understanding business needs, supporting testing, and documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Salary Range:
The salary for this position is $80,000 - $95,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Benefits:
