Resident Technical Officer

Job Scope: Provide full-time site supervision for structural works Ensure all structural activities are carried out in strict accordance with the approved Method of Statement (MOS). Monitor construction progress and promptly identify any potential or actual delays or site-related issues. Highlight and address any concerns related to site safety, quality control, or compliance with specifications. Identify defects in completed structural works and follow up to ensure timely and satisfactory rectification. Report regularly to the Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Engineer on the progress of works and any critical site matters. Requirements: Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering Min 3 years’ relevant experience with site supervisory experience Must be accredited by
