The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in delivering highly complex process, recycling, or manufacturing facilities and thrives in matrixed, fast-paced environments where structure, stakeholder engagement, and disciplined project execution are essential to success.
Reporting to the Vice President, PMO, this role will lead cross-functional project delivery from construction through commissioning. The successful candidate will combine field experience, PMO governance discipline, and strategic execution capabilities to align scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder expectations across a dynamic capital project portfolio.

Support Operations Readiness through the consolidation of company-wide goals and objectives necessary to stand up operating assets. Develop and maintain project dashboards and executive reporting for internal leadership and external board-level partners. Support the risk management structure by proactively identifying issues and driving mitigation plans in coordination with project stakeholders. Coordinate gate reviews and internal approvals for investment decisions, design releases, and major execution milestones. Construction Oversight & Commissioning Readiness Support field execution through coordination with Construction Managers, ensuring site activities are aligned with schedule, budget, safety, and quality targets. Accountability on commissioning planning, startup readiness, and turnover protocols in coordination with operations, commissioning, EH&S, and quality teams. Facilitate timely RFI resolution, interface management, and punch list completion to ensure successful system startup. Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a strategic integrator across JV partners, sponsors, and internal teams, ensuring alignment on business objectives and project priorities. Lead effective stakeholder engagement, including governance communications, status updates, and structured issue resolution across organizational boundaries. Support project team culture through structured communication, clear accountability, and collaborative problem-solving.
