We are seeking a highly motivated team member to support Document Control and Change Management Systems at Cyclyx. In this role, the candidate will design and implement a comprehensive document control system from the ground up to support our major capital projects and general business need. This is a unique opportunity to create a modern, intuitive, and scalable system that aligns with our project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), supports cross-functional collaboration, and serves as a foundation for future growth. In addition to document control, this role will also lay the groundwork for a company-wide change management framework, integrating version tracking, approvals, and audit trails across engineering, construction, and other business functions. The ideal candidate is a system-builder - someone with strong organizational instincts and a proactive mindset who is passionate about structure, process integrity, and intuitive usability. Key Responsibilities

Align the system architecture with the project's Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and lifecycle phases. Select and configure modern document control platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Procore, Aconex, or other cloud-based tools) to ensure scalability, searchability, and ease of use. Scale the platform to address the document organization of the whole of business. Change Management Integration Design a lightweight but effective change management backbone that supports version control, approval workflows, and document traceability. Establish naming conventions, revision tracking methods, and process maps to govern how changes are captured and communicated. Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure the system meets real-world needs and facilitates compliance. Once stood up for the project, the change management framework will be integrated into the other departments. Implementation & Oversight Lead the rollout of the document control system, including user training, onboarding, and support. Oversee compliance with document retention policies, approval hierarchies, and file structure protocols. Maintain system hygiene and audit readiness through periodic reviews and updates. Collaboration & Support Serve as the primary point of contact for document control processes during design, construction, and commissioning phases. Collaborate with internal project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure alignment on document standards. Support migration of legacy or disconnected project files into the new system as needed. Coordinate the needs of the company-wide document control and change management systems to address all areas of the business. Experience/Knowledge
