What You Will Be Doing
Orchestrating high-impact events that inspire families to embrace 2 Hour Learning's innovative approach. Serving as the charismatic representative of 2HL in podcasts, blogs, videos, media, and conferences. Engaging at every level of the enrollment journey, ensuring quality and credibility in all communications. Crafting compelling narratives from student performance data to highlight our success. Ensuring all outward communication aligns with the expectations of high-net-worth audiences. Unifying internal and external teams under a rigorous standard of excellence.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Promoting a traditional private school model with superficial enhancements. Soften messaging to placate concerns, compromising on our educational standards. Allowing marketing efforts to fall below excellence; you set and uphold the standard. Managing digital advertising campaigns or backend enrollment operations. Taking on roles related to school administration or curriculum planning.
Executive Communications Manager Key Responsibilities
Take charge of elevating 2 Hour Learning's public image by setting high standards for storytelling and engagement, driving demand and enrollment.
Basic Requirements
Reside in the U.S. with a deep understanding of the educational landscape and innovative solutions. Minimum of 5 years in influential, public-facing roles such as founder, media host, speaker, or strategic sales lead. Demonstrated success in engaging high-net-worth or executive-level audiences. Proven ability to maintain tone, standards, and quality across teams. Flexibility to engage at various stages of the communication process, beyond content creation or presentation. A personal drive to elevate student and school performance standards. Ability to travel up to 50% and work in a hybrid or in-person setting as needed. Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
Nice-to-have Requirements
Background in high-end education, media, or advocacy work. Knowledge of gifted, mastery-based, or accelerated learning models.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
