About the Position : We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the execution of marketing initiatives across digital and print platforms. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining the company’s brand presence and driving commercial success by managing the development and deployment of promotional materials, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and supporting digital engagement efforts across websites and social media. The ideal candidate has experience in the life sciences, medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industries and demonstrates strong project management and communication skills. Responsibilities : Website Management Maintain and update content on the company’s public-facing website and internal sales support portals. Coordinate with web developers, IT, and compliance to ensure functionality, accuracy, and regulatory alignment. Monitor website analytics and report on performance metrics to support lead generation and optimization. Marketing Material Development Coordinate the creation, revision, and distribution of marketing collateral including brochures, product datasheets, IFUs (Instructions for Use), and white papers. Organize internal and external calls in support of sales leadership, such as generation of invitations, presentation material, and monitoring engagement. Ensure all materials comply with brand guidelines and applicable regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO, company SOPs). Maintain marketing asset management system with current materials. Digital & Social Media Management Plan, schedule, and publish content for the company’s LinkedIn and other digital channels. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop thought leadership and brand-aligned content. Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and report social performance data. Swag/Promotional Items Coordination Manage the company’s promotional items (“swag”) portal and coordinate inventory, orders, and distribution for events or team needs. Source new vendors or materials as needed while ensuring brand and quality consistency. Cross-Functional Support Partner with Sales, Regulatory, Clinical, and Product teams to support commercial objectives. Support implementation of new systems, including assisting in the launch and training to sales team. Assist in planning and executing trade shows, webinars, and conferences as needed. Provide general administrative support for marketing projects and track project timelines and deliverables. Other Duties as Assigned Remain flexible to support emerging marketing needs as the company evolves. Qualifications: Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. Experience Preferred 2–5 years of marketing experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industries strongly preferred. Familiarity with FDA advertising/promotion regulations and medical marketing compliance requirements a plus. Skills and Competencies

: Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress, Pantheon, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Team player with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
