THE WORK The Global Sustainment Program Integration Senior Manager will lead a team of Sustainment Program Integrators supporting all Sikorsky Line of Business (LOB) Market Segments for program execution and proposal activity for Global Sustainment (GS) activities on Sikorsky LOB Programs and Contracts. These GS activities include but not limited to; Technical Publications, Courseware & Training, Material Forecasting, Sustainment Operations, Information Systems & Innovation and Field Services. In addition to these activities, the Sustainment Program Integration team supports program activity in aligning Global Sustainment efforts related to Quality, Engineering, Reliability and Maintainability (R&M), and Integrated Project Teams (IPTs); Participates in program reviews, meetings, and conferences; Tracks all logistics support changes as it relates to engineering investigations, quality deficiency reports, safety, standardization and parts management, environmental, configuration identification, requests for deviation, reliability and maintainability issues, maintenance planning assessments and developments, publications and provisioning, packaging, training, and support equipment. The Sustainment Program Integration team is also responsible for initiating and monitoring cost reduction and efficiency improvements for all GS activities and deliverables. The Sustainment Program Integration Senior Manager will also oversee and monitor GS performance on all Sikorsky LOB contracts using project management tools and Earned Value (EV) management methodology. This requires working with multiple functions within the Sikorsky LOB market segment support teams to include Programs, Business Development, Finance, GS Center of Excellence (COE), and other groups across Lockheed Martin to mitigate technical and staffing risks, while managing cost, schedule, and performance. This includes working with counterparts within the customers' organizations. National Pay Statement Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $144,600 - $255,070. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
