This role involves interfacing with key stakeholders and applying technical expertise across various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements elicitation, application architecture, and design. The architect will create high-level design artifacts, deliver quality code, lead testing validation, and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. The role promotes a learning culture emphasizing teamwork, collaboration, excellence, diversity, and respect. Required Qualifications Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Pennington, NJ; Wilmington, DE; Charlotte, NC; or Addison, TX, or be willing to relocate. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the field can substitute for each year of education. At least 7 years of experience with Genesys. 7 years of experience in IVR application development, API integration, Java, planning of implementation, and maintaining contact center technology infrastructure for performance, reliability, and scalability. Experience with telephony, CRM systems, cloud platforms, integrations, building adapters for Genesys Clouds, and security protocols. Familiarity with Agent softphone, Nice Recorder, and Reporting Architecture is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Same as above: 7 years in IVR, API, Java, contact center infrastructure, telephony, CRM, cloud, integrations, adapters, security protocols, with added advantage of experience with Agent softphone, Nice Recorder, and Reporting Architecture. Compensation and Benefits Estimated annual salary ranges from $96,021 to $124,827 for candidates in Jersey City, Pennington (NJ), etc. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, health and dependent care accounts, various insurance options, 401(k), paid holidays, and paid time off.
