Goal: To find a dedicated assistant who can efficiently manage travel arrangements and respond to urgent requests for cancer patients.
Key Specific Tasks VA will do:
-Monitor and triage emails related to travel requests and changes.
-Update travel arrangements in Salesforce CRM.
-Handle emergency phone calls from patients at airports or hotels.
Essential Qualifications:
• At least 2 years Customer Support experience (US/Canada travel account)
• Fluent in English (written & spoken) & French (written & spoken)
• Travel & Lodging booking experience with Canadian destinations
• Strong customer service skills with prompt, clear email communication
• Quick response time (within an hour) for assigned tasks
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency with Salesforce, OneDrive, Outlook, and Excel
️ Software Tools and Websites Required:
Dialpad
Reading/Comprehension: High Quick - Must understand complex travel requests and medical terminology.
Written: High Quality Quick Justification: Must communicate effectively via email with clients and vendors.
Speak: Neutral Accent Preferred Quick Justification: Clear communication is essential for handling sensitive situations with patients.
Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
