WEEKENDS CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE hourly Looking for experienced Customer Support Representatives who are willing to work during weekends!

Schedule: 5 days/week – Thursday to Monday, 3:00–8:00 PM UK time Business Overview: Rental Business in UK Key Responsibilities: -Provide fluent, friendly, and confident phone support in English -Send property access and check-in instructions via email and WhatsApp -Respond to customer enquiries across WhatsApp and email in a timely and helpful manner -Update or review simple spreadsheet logs related to bookings or communications -Coordinate and escalate any complex issues to the internal team if needed Tools & Platforms: -Guesty (property booking and management system – training provided) -WhatsApp (business messaging and customer support) -Gmail / Email Client -Basic Spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) -Phone line or app (diverted calls – setup to be discussed) Qualifications: -Fluent English (spoken and written) -Comfortable handling phone support and live chats -Strong attention to detail and clear communicator -Prior customer service experience (at least 1-2 years) -Basic understanding of spreadsheets (editing, filtering, simple formatting) -Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace -Able to use own phone for WhatsApp (business number setup can be discussed) Technical Requirements: • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
