We are looking for an organised, resourceful and ambitious General Manager with an interest in supporting the team and the company’s activities. Terms of employment : 2 days a week (0.4FTE); Permanent employment contract Salary : £35,000 per annum pro rata (£14,000) Line Manager to : Company Assistant Reports to : Executive Director Hours : 10.00am – 6.00pm. Two working days or equivalent to be agreed Location : St Margaret’s House, 15A Old Ford Road, E2 9PJ with occasional remote working. Holiday : 12 days per annum (excluding bank holidays pro-rata) Probation

period : 3 months Notice period : 3 months Staff benefits : Tax free childcare scheme; Cycle to Work scheme; Mobile phone allowance; Eye test vouchers; Extra days leave in December and January in addition to annual leave entitlement. Time off in lieu (TOIL) for working over contracted hours. The General Manager will be responsible for the management of the operational elements of our business, including finance and administration, governance, HR and compliance.
