General Manager at Marlborough Productions As General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the future of queer culture. You will have the opportunity to work with and inspire a talented team, ensuring that our projects and initiatives continue to thrive and evolve.
Job Description Marlborough Productions is recruiting for a proactive and enthusiastic General Manager to join our team. Responsibilities include administration, fundraising, and contributing to communications. You will work with the Executive and Creative Directors to deliver Marlborough Productions’ programmes and projects. We are a small, hardworking team at an exciting time, seeking a self-starter and team player.
PAYE, permanent, full-time (40 hours/week).
Core hours: 11am – 4pm, Monday-Friday; other hours to be confirmed. Evening and weekend work may be required. Marlborough Productions operates a Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) system.
Location: Hybrid; in-person at our central Brighton office three days a week (Tuesday fixed).
Salary: £33,500 per annum
Pension: People’s Pension 4%
Holiday: 28 days including bank holidays
Report to: Executive Director
