Job Description We are seeking a

Client Relationship Manager

to join our growing team in Boston, MA. This role is essential in maintaining strong client partnerships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer success and a proactive mindset for solving challenges. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Develop and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with client stakeholders Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow existing accounts Prepare and present regular performance reports and strategic updates Handle client concerns or escalations professionally and effectively Qualifications

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field 2+ years of experience in account management or client-facing roles Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Additional Information Competitive salary: $64,000 - $69,000 annually Professional development and growth opportunities Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan options Collaborative and supportive work environment
