What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related field - 10+ years of analytical experience in the insurance industry, preferably across multiple functions - Proven leadership and mentoring experience - Superior analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to direct analysis - Excellent negotiation and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Actuarial designation (ACAS, FCAS) or MBA/Master's degree in a related field - 2-3 years of leadership and mentoring experience - Active participation in shaping company culture through community involvement - Willingness to travel as needed for role-related meetings - Demonstrated commitment to supporting employee resource groups and cross-functional projects
