Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Direct message the job poster from The K12 Search Group Since its founding in 2007 in Miami-Dade County, BridgePrep Academy Charter Schools has expanded to operate a network of 20 tuition-free schools across 9 counties (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Orange, Osceola, Hillsborough, Duval, Collier, and Polk) in Florida, serving over 10,000 students from kindergarten through 12th grade. BridgePrep Academy’s vision is anchored in the belief that each child is a unique individual who learns best in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where high academic expectations, self-esteem, good character, and an appreciation for the arts are promoted. BridgePrep Academy provides a challenging academic curriculum that includes an enriched Spanish language program, technology integration, and experiences that foster student development in all areas. The Vice President of Marketing and Recruitment (VP) will serve as the strategic organizational leader responsible for amplifying BridgePrep Academy’s brand, elevating the organization’s story, and driving student recruitment and enrollment across the network. This role will oversee all marketing, communications, and recruitment efforts to ensure that BridgePrep continues to grow with passionate students and dedicated staff who are aligned with the network’s mission and vision. The VP will also partner and collaborate closely with school and network academic leaders to drive strong recruitment and enrollment results. The VP will report to the Chief Operations Officer and directly manage, coach, and develop a team of three professionals focused on marketing and recruitment. The VP is a network employee of BridgePrep Academy Charter Schools and will lead their team to provide high-quality shared services to other schools managed by the educational services provider S.M.A.R.T. Management. This role represents the unique opportunity to lead marketing and recruitment for a large, growing, and mission-driven charter management organization and educational services provider that is poised to expand by 1-3 schools each school year and continue to increase the number of students enrolled across the network.
