What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives, managing service delivery relationships for assigned projects - Drive client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables - Provide high-level consultative input to clients, emphasizing advanced analytics and technology-assisted reviews - Prepare project forecasts and work schedules, ensuring all client and project requirements are met with high quality - Deliver proactive communication with clients, addressing any issues or escalating them as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers - Strong oral and written communication skills, providing a confident leadership presence - Excellent client relationship skills with the ability to manage expectations and adapt to client needs - Solid understanding of database design, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience; a Juris Doctorate (JD) or MBA is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in consulting, litigation support, paralegal, or attorney roles within a law firm or eDiscovery service provider - Evidence of emerging leadership and staff development skills - Demonstrated success in managing multiple simultaneous projects - Ability to develop project plans and effectively control all aspects of a project
