What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives, managing service delivery for assigned projects - Drive client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of project deliverables - Prepare project forecasts and work schedules, ensuring alignment with client requirements - Provide high-level consultative input on advanced analytics and technology-assisted reviews - Oversee client-specific projects on a daily basis, maintaining accurate status records
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management within the eDiscovery or litigation support industry - Strong leadership and staff development skills to motivate and mentor team members - Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects effectively - Excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrating confident leadership - Solid understanding of database design, data processing, and legal document review requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - A bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience; a Juris Doctorate (JD) or MBA is a plus - Experience in consulting, litigation support, paralegal, or attorney roles within law firms or corporate legal departments
