We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of FP&A to lead the financial planning, forecasting, and reporting functions across PAR Excellence and TrackCore. This role is instrumental in delivering actionable insights, driving accountability, and enabling data-driven decision-making. You will partner closely with sales, operations, and accounting to ensure financial discipline, optimize business performance, and support growth.
Duties And Responsibilities
Budgeting and Forecasting- Build forward-looking forecasting models. Reporting: Create and institutionalize monthly management reporting. Analysis: Lead strategic financial analysis at customer and segment level. Functional Build-Up: Stand up FP&A systems, tools, and processes for scale. Business Partnership: Act as a strategic finance partner to leadership and ownership.
Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills. Experience with ERP, BI tools, and CRM data integration. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Required Education, Credentials And Experience
Legal status to work in the United States. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. 7–10 years of progressive FP&A experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
