Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Lead to join our team and support the financial operations of an industrial real estate development project. This individual will play a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, and strategic decision support. The FP&A Lead will partner closely with the executive team, development teams, and HQ finance to ensure financial efficiency and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
Budgeting & Forecasting
Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes.
Partner with operational teams to gather inputs and validate assumptions.
Monitor capital expenditure (CapEx) and operational expenditure (OpEx) plans. Financial Analysis & Strategic Support
Analyze P&L, cash flow, margin, and ROI across projects.
Provide financial insights to support investment decisions and land/building monetization strategies. Reporting & Executive Presentation
Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports.
Highlight key trends, variances, and recommendations for leadership. Scenario Modeling & Risk Analysis
Build multi-scenario models (best/worst/expected cases).
Assess financial risk from macroeconomic and project-specific changes. Process Improvement & Tool Development
Enhance FP&A systems and reporting tools (Excel, ERP, BI dashboards).
Streamline data management and cross-functional collaboration. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
510 years of experience in FP&A, real estate finance, or infrastructure project finance.
Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; proficiency in BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statements.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Bilingual proficiency (English/Korean) is a strong plus. Salary
