Chamberlain Advisors is seeking a
Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
to join our client’s team at a leading equity derivatives clearing organization. This is a highly technical, hands-on engineering role focused on building and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices in a hybrid cloud environment.

What You Will Be Accountable For
Design, deploy, and support highly available cloud and virtualization infrastructure using IaC best practices Automate provisioning, configuration, and operational tasks using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins Manage and maintain container orchestration platforms and services including Kubernetes and OpenShift Troubleshoot and resolve issues across hybrid cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), virtualization (VMware), and Linux systems Collaborate with DevOps and Application teams to integrate infrastructure into CI/CD pipelines Maintain infrastructure security, compliance, and resilience aligned with frameworks such as CIS and NIST Author and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and runbooks Participate in on-call rotations and production change management processes
What Qualifications You Need
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience with infrastructure engineering, cloud computing, and automation in enterprise environments Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Ruby, knowledge of Kafka, Docker, OpenShift, and containerized application infrastructure Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub, and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef) Working knowledge of IaaS and cloud-native services across AWS and/or Azure Demonstrated ability to manage complex systems and troubleshoot issues under pressure Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally in a hybrid environment
Preferred Certifications
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or equivalent Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud certifications
