A leading community-based clinic in the Bay Area is seeking two Primary Care Physicians for a full-time outpatient locum assignment in Fremont, CA. This role provides steady Monday-Friday coverage with no call and full EMR support. Providers will care for a primarily adult population, including patients with chronic conditions such as HIV or infectious diseases. A full week of orientation is required before start. Assignment Highlights
* 100% outpatient role-no inpatient or call responsibilities * Full-time schedule: 5x8s, Monday-Friday * Late shift option available (10a-7p) * Daily patient volume: 18-21+ * EMR: EPIC * Full support staff and on-site resources * Critical Access-designated facility * HPA Healthcare is a Joint Commission-certified agency * Prepaid travel and lodging for non-local providers * All orientation hours are billable * Top 20-25% pay for California primary care locum tenens roles
Skills & Experience
* Board Certification preferred; Board Eligible accepted * Active California medical license required (IMLC not accepted) * Minimum 2 years of outpatient experience * BLS required * DEA required * Experience with HIV or infectious disease populations preferred (not required)
