Responsibilities: Deliver end-to-end support in the preparation, review, administration, and tracking of contracts to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, as well as timely execution, renewals, and effective contract governance across the Singapore office. Act as the key expert on outsourcing practices by driving improvements in vendor contract governance, performance monitoring, and due diligence, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and regulatory frameworks. Create and manage dashboards and analytical reports using Excel or other data tools to produce meaningful insights and track key performance indicators for contracts and vendor performance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, with over 5 years of experience overseeing project delivery and vendor contracts in adherence to industry best practices and regulatory guidelines. Strong understanding of MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) Guidelines, with hands-on experience in outsourcing governance and third-party risk management within the banking sector, coupled with deep knowledge of contract terms and management. Background in managing IT projects and service contracts, with familiarity in current technology trends and proven vendor management expertise in the financial services industry; excellent at stakeholder communication and coordination. Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced capabilities in contract drafting, documentation, and reporting. To apply, please visit
