eDiscovery Technical Services Manager

This position is based in Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW). Candidates must be located in the DFW area. Discovery Experts is seeking an organized, task oriented individual to join our team as an entry level Technology Solutions Manager. Technology Solutions Managers work internally with other members of the project management team to deliver on service offerings including but not limited to eDiscovery workflows such as collection, data staging, data ingestion, data processing, productions, database research and analysis. Successful candidates are/have: ·Detail oriented and curious to understand the “Why” of processes ·Passion for learning systems ·Collaborative mindset and eagerness to contribute to a team ·Adaptability to adjust to changing priorities Role Responsibilities: ·Physical media data transfers including new project intake and project closeout ·Leverage eDiscovery software to process data for metadata extraction ·Handle and manipulate structured data sets for loading into eDiscovery platforms ·Database user management including creation and permissions management ·eDiscovery software database functionality such as imaging, OCR, exports, productions, and associated troubleshooting where necessary ·Local travel in DFW area may be required to data collocations for physical hard drive handling.
