What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Serve as the primary point of contact and case consultant for clients on e-discovery projects - Discover and interpret the needs of clients and consult on appropriate methodologies - Manage internal processes and communicate with other departments to achieve client goals - Monitor the work of Client Services team members to ensure client needs are met - Report project and team information to the Regional Client Services Manager

What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 3 years experience in an e-discovery environment; hosting services experience is a significant plus - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability - Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple processes - Proven ability to work well in a team-based environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Industry qualifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Certified Administrator Analytics Expert - Experience with multiple processing and hosting platforms - Ability to effectively communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences
