We work with direct advertisers and agencies in industries like iGaming, Fintech, eCom and various lead generation, delivering results through creative and media buying optimization.
We're looking for a driven, independent Business Development Manager (contract-based )
to grow our advertiser base in North America. This role is perfect for someone with strong experience in
performance marketing, media buying, or lead gen sales , who knows how to identify the right partners, build relationships, and close deals that scale.
Responsibilities Own the entire sales cycle: outbound outreach, discovery calls, offer positioning, pricing, and deal closure Identify and pursue new business opportunities with advertisers across multiple verticals (Wellness, Finance, eComm, LeadGen, iGaming, Digital Products, etc.) Focus on high-value advertisers with annual media budgets in the 7–8 figure range, offering them full-service native media buying, CRO, and creative solutions Work closely with our in-house media buying, CRO, and creative teams to align execution with client goals
What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in performance marketing sales, lead gen, affiliate, or digital media. Strong understanding of performance marketing and media buying (native ads, landing pages, traffic buying, or offer optimization.) Proven track record of closing B2B advertiser deals in the US market. Comfortable operating solo , you’re a self-starter who gets things done without hand-holding. CRM and AI familiarity preferred Seniority level
