that operates a portfolio of upscale properties across California’s most iconic destinations. With continued expansion on the horizon, they’re seeking a
Director of Finance
to lead all accounting and financial operations across multiple locations. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll manage a centralized accounting team, oversee day-to-day operations, and help implement scalable processes to support growth. You’ll work closely with executive leadership and act as a key advisor on financial planning, compliance, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all accounting operations across multiple properties (GL, AP/AR, budgeting, reporting) Manage and mentor a small but growing team, helping rebuild and professionalize the finance function Own monthly closes, internal controls, cash flow management, and financial reporting Partner with executives and consultants to develop forecasts and support strategic initiatives Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements Ideal Background: 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within hospitality or multi-entity environments 3+ years in a supervisory/leadership role, with a focus on team development Strong command of
Sage Intacct ,
Opera Cloud , and
Excel ; familiarity with
Oracle
a plus Experience building out or restructuring accounting workflows and systems Clear communicator comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting and wants the opportunity to truly own and elevate the finance function across a growing hospitality platform. * U.S. citizens and Permanent residents are welcome to apply.
