Responsibilities
Support larger creative team in brainstorming sessions and concept creation
Work on integrated campaigns across different channels within the funnel, including social media video content, online, radio, direct mail, targeted display, email campaigns, and more
Partner with several Art Directors
Complete research projects and other day-to-day requests
Assist in asset creation and deliver work they are proud of
Have a strong strategic sense and can conceptualize against a creative brief
Stay current on latest industry trends
Pay attention to details, e.g., grammar
Maintain high quality on creative deliverables
Leverage the production of ideas to see them through to completion
Complete self-reviews
Input time consistently
Participate in and help plan community-building events
Be receptive to constructive criticism
Proactively find ways to support the creative team
Mentor junior copywriters when possible
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Communications, Creative Writing, or Advertising/Portfolio school
3 – 5 years writing for an advertising or marketing agency
Portfolio demonstrating conceptual brand and integrated campaign work
Creative writing pieces, both real and speculative
Strong awareness and understanding of the digital landscape, including online campaigns and interactive experiences

Compensation Range: $84,200 - $96,000 annually. This range may be modified. Temporary roles may participate in medical plans and 401(k) after meeting criteria. Regular roles include medical, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Application deadline: 4/18/2025.
