Job Description - Sr. Leader- Employee Relations (335084) Job Number:

335084 Bell is seeking a HR Leader, Employee Relations who will be responsible for developing effective employee relations processes and strategies, supporting investigations, and ensuring compliance with company and governmental requirements. The role also involves guiding HR personnel and organizational leaders on employee relations matters. Key Responsibilities: Provide oversight and guidance on employee relations, including coaching, conducting investigations, and mediating disputes. Manage HR compliance, track requirements, and report on hotline and compliance matters to leadership. Train and support HR teams on employee relations issues, best practices, and conflict resolution. Oversee compliance training requirements across Bell. Advise on employment laws such as Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and others. Support investigations and reporting to federal and state agencies, including EEOC and ADA evaluations. Coordinate with Labor Relations in interactions with union leaders and employees regarding compliance and governmental matters. Manage workforce reduction processes and evaluations. Audit HR processes and recommend improvements, supporting ongoing compliance. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs related to employee relations across all locations. Develop and manage the departmental budget. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Labor Relations, Business, Management, or related field required. Master’s degree or JD preferred. Minimum of 7 years of related experience. At least 5 years of management experience. Deep understanding of employment laws and employee relations best practices. SHRM-SCP certification preferred. Benefits: Every other Friday off with a 9/80 schedule. 80 hours PTO, 120 hours vacation, and 12-13 paid holidays annually.
