Qualifications Your role as Finance Analyst

– You will work with the Operations teams and the Business Partner to ensure high-quality planning, analysis, and reporting, with clear and actionable outputs. You will be responsible for: All budgeting, forecasting, and weekly metrics creation and analysis Serving as the first point of contact between Operations and Finance teams Participating in weekly, monthly, and ad hoc operations meetings to communicate performance and drive actionable change Updating the monthly board pack Communicating weekly KPIs with associated actions Conducting ad hoc analysis to drive Operational Excellence Understanding and communicating variances to Finance and Ops Managers, ensuring corrective actions or opportunities are addressed Driving cost efficiencies by understanding waste and operational impacts Ensuring governance and compliance in finance and operations to minimize risks Creating and reviewing SOPs and training documentation, and business partnering with operations managers and the Finance Business Partner
