a highly strategic, tech-savvy, and results-oriented Senior Manager to lead the transformation of performance marketing. This individual contributor role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who thrives at the intersection of marketing, technology, and innovation, and is excited to
scale
marketing channels.
You’ll
partner closely with a technical lead to automate, scale, and
optimize
campaigns using AI-driven tools and frameworks.
You’ll
be responsible for
maximizing performance while reducing manual overhead, ensuring that systems are delivering high-quality outputs that align with business
objectives
. Strong business acumen, an analytical mindset, and the ability to spot when automation gets it wrong
,
are essential.
In this role, you will: Own and manage one or more performance marketing channels, serving as the business lead responsible for channel strategy, execution, and results.
Use AI and automation tools to scale marketing operations—driving efficiencies in campaign management, creative iteration, optimization, and reporting.
Collaborate with a prompt engineer/technical partner to develop and refine systems that amplify human decision-making and accelerate marketing velocity.
Continuously audit and
validate
AI-generated outputs to ensure business accuracy, correct errors, and improve model performance through feedback and iteration.
Design and execute A/B tests and structured experiments to inform strategy, improve ROI, and guide platform development.
Analyze large datasets to uncover insights, guide optimization decisions, and inform automation rules and logic.
Partner with internal teams (analytics, product, data science) and external platforms to unlock technical capabilities and advance the future of AI-driven marketing.
Contribute to roadmap planning for AI-powered marketing tools, with a focus on scaling, precision, and business impact.
Experience
and qualifications: 6-8 years of performance marketing experience, ideally in a programmatic or automation-heavy environment.
Deep understanding of advertising metrics and economics, including ROI, incrementality, marginal returns, and elasticity.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to
leverage
data and AI systems for decision-making.
Hands-on experience using or implementing marketing automation, AI tools, or algorithmic decision-making processes.
Solid technical fluenc
y;
comfortable working with data (e.g., SQL), collaborating with engineers, and interpreting outputs from AI systems.
High business
judgment;
able to quickly
identify
when AI-generated recommendations are off-track and adjust accordingly.
Proven ability to
operate
with ownership and autonomy while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable marketing strategies.

Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
