Chicago (link removed) This is a unique opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, and wealth management to work with high-net-worth individuals, businesses, and charitable organizations.

Candidate Profile:

JD from an ABA-approved law school with a strong academic record.

Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction (link removed) Timely bar admission will be a condition of employment.

14 years

of substantive experience in

estate planning ,

trust and estate administration , and

tax planning (link removed)> Exposure to drafting

complex estate planning

and

business succession documents for high-net-worth individuals (link removed)> Familiarity with

gift ,

estate , and

generation-skipping tax planning strategies (link removed)> Experience assisting with

probate proceedings

for both

taxable

and

non-taxable estates (link removed)> Exposure to processing

Federal gift and estate tax returns (link removed)> Background in

charitable giving structures

and

tax-exempt organization planning (link removed)> Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on sophisticated

estate planning

and

trusts ,

business succession planning documents , and

Compensation & Benefits: Competitive compensation : Includes an annual salary range of

$225,000$310,000 , as determined by experience and market factors, and the opportunity to earn a discretionary
