Candidate Profile:
JD from an ABA-approved law school with a strong academic record.

14 years
of substantive experience in
estate planning ,
trust and estate administration , and
tax planning (link removed)> Exposure to drafting
complex estate planning
and
business succession documents for high-net-worth individuals (link removed)> Familiarity with
gift ,
estate , and
generation-skipping tax planning strategies (link removed)> Experience assisting with
probate proceedings
for both
taxable
and
