We are currently looking for a

Policy Analyst

to support the

Policy - Campaigns

team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, policy, and communications - using analytics to influence public affairs strategy.

data visualization strategy

for the Policy team — maintain dashboards and develop new self-service tools. Build and manage a centralized metrics & insights dataset spanning lobbying, advocacy, regulatory, and campaign efforts. Partner with Data Science, Comms, and Policy teams globally to ensure

high-quality, certified data assets . Develop frameworks for

experimentation and attribution

in advocacy/marketing campaigns. Support ad hoc analytics (e.g., supply composition, economic impact, compliance trends). Use tools like

Minerva ,

SQL ,

Python , and

Tableau

to create scalable, geographic-aware visualizations. Ideal Candidate: 7+ years in

BI, data analytics, or data science Advanced in

SQL ,

Python , and

Tableau Experience with

complex geographic data ,

big data systems , and
