Job Description We’re recruiting a Senior DC Investment Director to champion L&G Asset Management's DC investment products and expertise within the market. This role involves aiding the acquisition of new clients, retention of existing business, strategic proposition direction, and PR/marketing content. The director will lead interactions with key investment advisers to elevate LGIM’s market position, build relationships with internal stakeholders, and support client servicing and product development feedback. Responsibilities include: Serving as a key contact for Distribution teams on DC investment and ESG matters, supporting new business and existing client activity, including working with Sales teams to promote awareness and understanding of the DC investment proposition and roadmap, and providing competitor insights. Developing relationships with key DC investment advisers, showcasing LGIM’s capabilities, especially in Private Markets investments, and influencing their perceptions of our DC solutions. Representing L&G Asset Management's DC business at conferences and industry events, delivering thought leadership, content, and acting as a spokesperson on DC and ESG topics. Supporting strategic clients and building relationships with DB institutional client directors, acting as the point of contact for DC investment matters. Gathering client and adviser feedback on DC investment trends and driving product development from a DC distribution perspective. Maintaining industry and marketplace knowledge, staying informed on developments affecting intermediary contacts and their clients. Mentoring junior team members and supporting their development. Providing DC investment and ESG expertise to support client acquisition, retention, and product strategy. Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have: Strong understanding of investments across asset classes, asset allocation, and DC investments. Knowledge of fund structures, operational requirements, and governance. Familiarity with the DC market and provider landscape, including bundled and unbundled platforms. Understanding of ESG factors, DC ESG requirements, and market trends. Experience working with investment consultants, pension trustees, and pension managers. Knowledge of multi-asset investing and market sensitivities. Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly to clients and at events. Ability to simplify complex investment concepts for diverse audiences.
