Description : The Director/Senior Director, Consumer Marketing will
shape an insights-driven Consumer marketing strategy and creative campaign that drives Consumer behavior change and Viaskin Peanut market performance
ensure consistent, on-strategy Viaskin Peanut brand messages are delivered to Consumers
build an end-to-end Viaskin Peanut family support ecosystem to optimize the patient experience
translate insights into brand, digital communications, product and commercial strategies to drive actions across teams
manage two direct reports who will drive omnichannel tactical planning and execution to optimize Consumer engagement
partner cross-functionally, and with external partners, to drive successful launch uptake with Consumers
lead post-launch refinement of Consumer strategy and messaging based on customer insights, analytics, and new clinical data
Optimize digital touchpoints (website, automation tools) to increase traffic flow
Leverage analytics to monitor performance and improve ROI
Location
: in Warren NJ office -3 days a week onsite

Skills : The ideal candidate will have Recent launch expertise in high-performing consumer-driven brands; pediatric and/or food allergy launch experience is a plus Previous pharma or biotech experience essential Significant experience leading marketing initiatives and driving brand performance Strategic thinker with ability to direct tactical execution Demonstrated experience in utilizing data, insights, and analytics to optimize marketing performance and achieve brand/corporate objectives Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and teams including Medical Affairs, Sales, Managed Markets, Regulatory, Legal and Compliance Behavioral skills : Curiosity: Keep on exploring uncharted territories. Compensation range for this role$$ 195-210K -25% bonus -Vac days 15
